How to Request a Prescription Online

To request a prescription online, download the Nasser Pharmacy mobile application from the App Store, Play Store, or App Gallery. After registering a new account on the app, you can easily request a prescription by uploading your ID, prescription, insurance ID, and claim report.

Once your documents are received, our pharmacists will review your request and contact you for further details. If insurance approval is required, our team will handle the request. You will receive a payment link on your smartphone if needed, with the option to pay online or via Cash on Delivery (COD).

Upon delivery of your medicine, our delivery team will collect the original prescription or stamp it as dispensed, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete. Your medicine will be delivered right to your doorstep.

Please note: We do not process controlled medicines online. To collect your prescribed controlled medicine, please visit our main branch in Zinj.
