Shipping Information

Shipping Details: When you place an order, we'll send it to the address you gave us. We send out orders on the same day after we confirm them, and they usually arrive on the same day. Our shipping team will call you before delivering to make sure you're there. We deliver from 8:30 AM to 9:30 PM. There's a 1 BHD shipping fee for orders under 20 BHD. Orders over 20 BHD don't have a shipping fee.

 We'll deliver your items on your chosen day. On delivery day, our partner will call you about an hour before to check if you're home. If they can't deliver for some reason, they'll call you the next day to plan another time. You'll need to sign when you receive your items. If we run out of something you ordered, we'll let you know. If we send you the wrong item, call our customer service for a free return or replacement.

Returns: If you get a faulty item from the maker, you can get a refund or exchange it at any Nasser Pharmacy within 7 days of buying it, as long as you bring your electronic payment proof. If there's a mistake with the price or details of a product on our website, our team will fix it for you without extra cost. But, we won't refund or exchange items if you got what you ordered and it's not faulty.
